We want every homeowner who reaches Skillcondition Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Skillcondition Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Send an email to contact@skillcondition.garden with:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you used or the form you filled out, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.
